Core Purpose Statement

Aussie Women Founders exists to support and empower women running their own businesses in Australia through education, mentoring, community, and heart-led collaboration. More than a community, Aussie Women Founders is a heart-led movement — women empowering women to create meaningful impact across Australian communities. The organisation provides practical business education, workshops, events, tools, resources, and access to expert support, creating a space where women can build sustainable businesses together without competition, scarcity, or isolation.

The organisation was founded from lived experience, recognising that many women begin their business journeys without financial backing, mentorship, or understanding from those around them. Business ownership can be isolating, overwhelming, and vastly different from working for someone else, particularly when navigating risk, confidence, and long-term sustainability. Aussie Women Founders exists to change that reality by fostering an abundance-led, pay-it-forward culture grounded in good karma, shared success, and genuine support.

As the movement grows, Aussie Women Founders aims to establish a perpetual, interest-free business loan fund to support disadvantaged women to start and grow their own businesses. The fund will be built through contributions from successful women founders, with an initial goal of raising $500,000 to be distributed as repayable loans over three to five years, allowing the capital to be continually reinvested to support future women founders. Through this model, the organisation seeks to strengthen confidence, capability, and economic participation, while creating lasting social and community impact across Australia.
